At a Chachoengsao landfill about 700 dogs lived with 250+ neutered, feeder groups reporting sick dogs, and dogs still dumped.

Notch Check: point at a dog and see if its ear is tipped, then log it in one tap
Neutered soi dogs usually have a notched left ear. The feeder takes a photo and Claude vision says 'ear-tipped, likely neutered' or 'no notch, check it', and pins the dog's color and location without typing. The neuter team knows where the un-neutered females are.

Soi Scoreboard: an e-ink board that shows the percent of dogs sterilized on this soi
A small e-ink board at the feeder's shop shows 'female dogs neutered on this soi: 55%, goal 80%'. Feeders tap an NFC tag with a phone to add or update a dog, and the board redraws the percent. A whole street can see how far it is from the number that makes the population fall.

Feeder Voice Line: leave a Thai voice note about a sick dog and it files the case
A feeder phones a number and says 'a female with a swollen belly near the 7-Eleven on soi 5, limping'. The system transcribes it, pins the place and sends the case to the nearest vet volunteer by call. A sick dog does not wait while someone fills in a form.
